CSGC is pleased to announce the release of a toolkit and case study for operating a zero waste farmer’s market. This case study focuses on the food vendor experience, customer experience, and lessons learned during the summer of 2020 in a pilot project for zero waste.   The initiative was a collaboration between the City of Whitefish, Whitefish Farmers Market, Farm Hands –Nourish the Flathead, and Dirt Rich. They proved that the goal of a zero waste market is attainable and it is our hope that the information in this toolkit can be used as support for other local events to transition to zero-waste.
